Tele Sales Executive –
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using sales scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Asking questions to understand about customer requirements.
Job Brief –
We are looking for enthusiastic telesales executives to contribute in generating Appointments for our company.
You will be responsible for fixing appointments over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities –
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and fix appointments
Direct Prospects to the field sales team
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances’ to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Send Mailers to prospects wherever necessary.
Experience –
2-4 years of telecall experience in Sales
MIS /E-Mail Maintenance and Handling
Excellent written and communication skills are a must.
Location - Bangalore, Rajajinagar 1st Stage
Salary - Commensurate to Industry Standards and Candidate Skills.
