 JOB DESCRIPTION 

 
POSITIONOFFICER
FUNCTIONBRANCH EMPOWERMENR (Retail Liabilities)
OBJECTIVE: Providing support to branch profitability by achieving LAS Targets assigned to branch.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.         Accompanying the BM / Other Branch Staff in preliminary sales calls for Business Banking, EEG and Commodity Finance products.
2.         Follow-up with the customer and collection of all pre-sanction documents required for login of the file with CPA/Credit for approval. 
3.         Ensuring timely dispatch of completed files to CPA for CAM writing and follow-up for getting the completed CAMs on time.
4.         Follow-up with the customer and collection of any additional documents/ information required by credit for approval of the case post login.
5.         Collection of copies of property documents from the customer and liaisoning with the empanelled lawyers and valuers for arranging Title Search Report and Valuation Reports
6.         Assisting the BM with execution of post-sanction execution of loan documents by the customers, helping the customers with stamping, notarization and other requirements to ensure error-free execution of loan documents by them
7.         Follow-up with customers for rectification of any discrepancies noticed and informed by the Operations teams in loan documents.
8.         Follow-up and collection of Stock Statements, Insurance Policies, and other post-disbursement documents required on an ongoing basis in management of the credit relationships.
9.         Follow-up and collection of other documents required from customers for clearance of all deferrals and housekeeping items.
10.       Supporting the BM with follow-up with customers and collection of documents related to cross-sell of Liabilities, TPP and other asset products to the above group of customers
11.       Collection of documents required for opening of accounts for disbursement of limits under the above 3 products
12.       Follow-up and resolution of discrepancies in documents submitted by customers at the branch for day to day transactions post-disbursement
13.       Supporting the BM in following up with customers for clearance of delinquencies in the accounts
14.       Supporting the BM in sales activities like organizing of road shows, presentations to associations etc., and scoping of area for enhancing the Business Banking, EEG and Commodity Finance business in the branch
