- Vendor Sourcing & Management
- Farm to Fresh Sourcing & Management
- Other Operational Tasks
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks;
- To be able to identify, source, negotiate and close on the Farm to Fresh concept required by the company
- To coordinate visits of the directors to such farms/farmers/vendors etc
- To be able to identify the needs of the operations with respect to miscellaneous equipment, consumables, etc that will be required by the company for basic ooperations
- To be able to identify vendors, contact them, negotiate and close on all commercials for the same
- To be able to identify catchment areas for operations and be able to plan and execute an initial marketing and introduction plan for the same
Zoi Hospitality Private Limited is a Bangalore based start-up in the F&B industry co-founded by Mrs. Sejal Shah, a home-maker, artist, home-baker and home-caterer and her nephew, Mr. Ishan Shah, who shares her passion for food and is also an entrepreneur.

Our objective is to serve a healthy yet tasty, pocket-friendly meal without compromising on quality and freshness. With that in perspective, we are launching a vegetarian global cuisine restaurant which will serve quality sumptuous home-styled food with an international twist. Our menu will also comprise of unique non-alcoholic, natural beverages and sinful desserts to complement our carefully crafted food menu. We plan to have farm-to-table concept to procure the freshest ingredients at competitive rates as well as help farmers by paying higher than market prices for the same.
Our concept is mother-centric, where we celebrate mothers and motherhood, acknowledge their efforts and sacrifices. We will provide an offline platform for mothers who are home chefs to showcase their skills.
