· Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinate with them
· Follow up with the candidates until end Process.
· Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting
· Good Communication Skills
· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
· Candidates have to work on freelancing sites like craigslist and guru for project searching.
· Should have good technical knowledge & knack for learning.
· Candidate must have knowledge of international and domestic bidding, ready to work on different portals, negotiating skill.
· Following up Clients on regular basis.
· Searching for Leads and Sending e-mail to them on a daily basis. Calling/ Mailing/ Texting Clients and convincing them for projects.
· Writing proposals and specifications
