JOB DESCRIPTION: We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM): STEP 1: Client Servicing & Client Acquisition ( TRAINEE MANAGER ) STEP 2: HR Trainer STEP 3: Team Leader STEP 4: Assistant Manager
STEP 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1. Candidate MUST have fluency in English. 2. Age criteria: Between 20 and 28 years. 3. Minimum qualification of the candidate must be GRADUATE. 4. Candidates who can join IMMEDIATELY only apply. . 5. Candidate MUST be formally dressed. Kindly REFRAIN sandals or casuals.
