We are looking for a Female IT and Non IT recruiter for our consultancy which is a start up with a minimum 2 to 4 years of experience. We are a young and dynamic team with a great working culture. We are looking for a long term relationship and not a short term with our Employees. We are expecting our employees to be part of our team and show utmost sincerity and should be 100 percent committed to the job As we are a startup consultancy we are in the process of building the right team. We work from Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday will be a holiday. Incase any drive is there then the candidate should be flexible to work on Saturdays as well. Having said that we prefer our Employees to work only 5 days a week. Will have a good incentive structure as well. Our office is located in BTM layout. Interested candidates can contact me .
