Job Description:
1) Prepare bill of quantities for the project
2) Prepare all project related documents i.e Project specification
3) Tender,bill checking and certifications
4) Prepare contract documents WO,PC etc
5) Analysis of rates and drawing
6) Keep up to date record of work done,billed,passed and balance to be billed.
Desired Profile:
1) Diploma/BE civil
2) Excellent communication skills
3) Strong skills in ms office
4) Should be passionate about the role and have ability to lead
5) Autocad to be known
