Job Description
- Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing
- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network and advertisement
- Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets
- Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
- Ensuring timely follow ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview
- Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail
- Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and analytical skills
