Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales and marketing representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers, as well as implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.


  • Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to management on sales trends and opportunities for growth
  • Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to represent the company and promote its products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with company goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to provide recommendations for improvements to sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as established by management


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Ability to travel as required
