- Work with international clients (US and UK) to describe products or services in order to motivate potential and current customers to renew or purchase companies’ products.
2.Troubleshoot customers issues related to computer, router, printer, virus, Mac Etc.
3.Well known company in delivering outstanding customer services to direct customers and perform accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve customer’s issue.
