        Project – AUSTRLIAN Energy Survey Campaign   Job Description   Job purpose   The role a Call Center Executive is to be efficient enough to handle existing, new and prospect customers. The role expects selling, retention and customer service desired for the business to be successful.  Reports to : Manager - Call Centre and Monitoring  Duties and responsibilities  •    Best utilizes the data base of the leads for new sales and upselling activities •    Makes enough calls on a regular basis to tap as many customers as possible •    Attends and makes service calls to existing and new customers •    In a professional manner, responds to customer queries, resolve complaints, raise and allocate service requests to the team concerned •    Is prompt to identity new sales opportunities  •    Skillfully attempts and closes new sales •    With existing customers, identifies opportunities to upsell any add-on product on their existing product/service plan •    Is responsible to achieve sales and satisfaction targets on a regular basis  Skills and Qualifications  •    Graduation in any discipline •    Proficient in the English language.  •    Orientation toward Customer Service and Selling  •    Is able to communicate to and influence customers •    Is able to work in collaboration with other teams for closures •    At least have 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales  Working conditions   The Call Center function operates 6 AM to 3 PM . The job requires a person to work in an 10 hours shift each day. The shifts will be rotational as per the roster. The job will get intense at crisis; thus it demands managing stress and challenging customers.
