Job Description: Technical Support Executive and Technical Sales Executive • Work with international clients (US and CANADA) to describe products or services in order to motivate potential and current customers to renew or purchase companies’ products and all technical services majorly deals in Apple, Dell, and HP Etc. • Troubleshoot customers issues related to computer, router, printer, virus, Mac Etc. • Well known company in delivering outstanding customer services to direct customers and perform accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve customer’s issue. Experience: 0-5 years in international process. Location: SCF – 63 II Floor Sector– 6, Panchkula Requirements: • Perfect English communication skills. • Should be comfortable in nightshifts. • Undergraduate/Graduate/Fresher’s can apply.
