Currently hiring for "BILLING EXECUTIVE" for our Client. Location: Dadar, Mumbai. Employment type: Full time CANDIDATES WITH BACKGROUND IN HOSPITAL BILLING ONLY APPLY. Job Profile: Sales Billing Responsibility Responsible for generating sales bills as per the surgery procedures done and company implant used at the hospital as per the rate tariff approved by the hospitals. Keep a track record on the implants and instruments misplaced by the hospital and do the billing accordingly. Maintain TAT of sales billing in order to avoid any delay in patient discharge procedure.   Stock keeping Responsibility Responsible for keep a track record on the stock at the warehouse depending upon the sales bills, weekly stock check. Identify if any stock damaged at the time of surgery, been supplied from our end. Keep a record and update management accordingly for necessary bill needs to be raised to the hospitals.   Purchases Responsibility Raise purchase order to the companies as per the surgery planning Depending upon the sales bill, plan for the purchases in order to maintain the minimum stock requirement Raise CN against the purchases if any   MIS Maintain excel record and submit to management on weekly basis as per the requirement Looking for Billing professionals who have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in (Medical device) in the billing domain.   Required Candidate Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience in medical devices/pharma industry Experience of Sales Billing Management Good verbal, written communicator and presentable Strong MIS skills in excel format Salary: INR 2, 00,000 - 3, 00,000 PA.
