Candidate should be currently in a sales role for sports bike brands, on dealer rolls. • Ideal candidate should provide excellent customer experience in the dealership. • Should be able to convince customers for test rides and is able to explain different features, its advantages and benefits in the bike • Is able to explain price, promotional schemes and guide customer on different finance/EMI options • Proactively captures customer information and follows up after showroom visit to understand customer need, and help in the purchase process • Is able to advise on right accessories after sales • Follows up on delivery of bike to customer and ensures handover. • Participates in organizing bike events for existing / new customers • Maintain walk-in customer database and initiate regular follow ups • Call customers who have placed digital enquiries Desired Profile 1. Graduate – from any stream. Understands basic calculations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentage 2. Pleasant and confident in communicating with customers 3. Should know local language + English + Hindi 4. Should know how to ride a geared bike and holds a driving license. 5.
