Candidate should have min 1-2 years of experience in loan emi collection Min Qualification - SSC Passed Responsible for handling Two-Wheeler emi collection for the given area across buckets Minimum 10-12 Collection Visits to be done a Daily Basis ACR – 80-100 Accounts to be handled on a monthly basis Daily Run Rate on Collections need to be maintained as per the allocation given across buckets Ensure Collection Targets are Achieved across buckets as defined by the organization on time-to-time basis Responsible to handle multiple NBFC’s/Banks Collection Portfolio for the given region Will be working on commission structure as given in the Payout Structure Daily Feedback on Visits to be updated before 6pm on Daily Basis. Should have good communication and interpersonal Good speaking skills of Telugu, Hindi and English languages
