Ensure that invoices are submitted on the internal systems after campaign execution with the respective supporting documents Support the registration for new vendors on the internal group wide systems Manage the execution of the campaigns according to the commercial calendar in a timely fashion. Ensure the communication has gone live across various mediums and stores Tracking and maintaining the budget and spends.
