We are looking for candidates with a min of 0- 2yrs exp in the Tele Calling field with decent and technical skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Create the purchase orders for all campaigns, coordinate with various vendors to ensure that the purchase orders and processed effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner. Ensure that invoices are submitted on the internal systems after campaign execution with the respective supporting documents Support the registration for new vendors on the internal group-wide systems Manage the execution of the campaigns according to the commercial calendar in a timely fashion. Ensure the communication has gone live across various mediums and stores Tracking and maintaining the budget and spends. Reconcile with the finance teams on a monthly basis Manage & update digital content for in-store screens Job Summary: Job Type: Full Time. Job Role: Marketing Executive.
