 - Co-ordinating with the team to close the sales and achieve their Monthly, quarterly, and annual target. 
 - Driving the team to earn the incentives on regular basis, motivating them to achieve the sales targets. 
 Team Management MIS and PRP - Conducting ATL and BTL activities Collaborator, Communicator, Planner, Thinker Revenue Generation 
 FUNCTIONAL AREA 
 - Determine Marketing requirement and strategies for promoting product and services and reaching out to target segment. 
 - Executing profitable & productive business relationships and building an extensive client base with distinction of accomplishing multi-fold revenue increase 
 - Analysis to understand current market condition, real estate environment, future course of action and growth potential Advising clients and doing financial planning for them to enable them take an informed decision thus enabling brand building 
 - Monitoring strategies to enlarge the core market base of the company based on market research data while conceptualizing, planning and implementing processes to drive business volume growth 
 - Providing visionary leadership in assessing client needs and strategically positioning products to achieve specific objectives 
 - Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes while ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team 
 - Increasing demand in the market by implementing consumer loyalty programs/ strategies to improve the product awareness in markets 
 - Overseeing complete business operations with accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets, & executing them in a given time frame 
 - Monitoring the performance of sales channel on a regular basis, supporting them in improving sales performance and managing promotions 
 - Providing product knowledge to all sales partners for keeping them updated on the various products; extending support to them whenever required.
