We are looking for an energetic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote role, though we have a strong preference for candidates based in Lucknow to facilitate occasional local meetups and team alignment. If you have a foundational understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and are looking to grow your career in IT staffing, we want to hear from you. Role Overview Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in US IT Staffing. Location: Remote (Lucknow-based candidates preferred). Shift: Night Shift (Standard US business hours). Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives/Bonus. Key Responsibilities Sourcing: Identify top-tier IT talent using Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings. Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical competence, communication skills, and visa status (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT). Submission: Format resumes and prepare candidate summaries for submission to Account Managers or Clients. Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and follow up through the interview and onboarding process. Tax Term Knowledge: Work effectively with various tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099. Required Skills & Qualifications US Staffing Basics: Solid understanding of US geography, time zones, and work permits. Technical Literacy: Ability to understand IT requirements (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Tools: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office. Negotiation: Basic skill in rate negotiation and closing candidates.
