Looking for Sales Professionals (Executive to Manager Level) with 2-8yrs experience for one of our client in Logistics sector . CTC budget : 3Lpa to 9Lpa .
Major responsibilities would include:-
Identify potential customers: Use referrals, networking, and cold calling to find new customers
Understand customer needs: Listen to customers to understand their logistics and Shipping related problems and challenges.
Present products: Demonstrate services and explain how we can help and add value by increasing efficiencies and improve cost effectiveness in their logistics and supply chain
Negotiate: Negotiate prices and terms with customers
Close sales: Overcome objections and secure customer commitment for a long-term
Follow up: Follow up with customers to maintain continuity and ensure satisfaction and address issues if any.
Prepare reports: Track sales activities and customer interactions, and prepare reports for management
Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure a seamless sales
This position will be responsible to increase Revenue and Profitability through the acquisition of new accounts and selling additional services to an existing customer base.
Responsible for growing the business and achieve the Revenue and Gross Profit targets as set by the management from time to time through proper execution of sales strategy and focusing on key products and trade lanes as decided by the management.
Should be a Self-starter with leadership qualities and comfortable being part of a smaller team, enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the company and most important compliance of company procedures and policies.
