Tele Caller – Job Description Position: Tele Caller We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining courses/services, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions or sales. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers. Handle inbound inquiries professionally. Explain course details, fees, offers, and career opportunities. Follow up with interested candidates regularly. Maintain and update lead records in the system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Build positive relationships with students/customers. Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team. Handle objections and provide proper solutions to candidates. Requirements Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil. Basic computer knowledge. Confident and convincing speaking skills. Ability to work under targets. Prior tele calling/customer support experience is preferred. Positive attitude and professional behavior. Qualification PUC / Any Degree Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
