Ensure effectiveness of process audits & immediate actions on non-conformances.
Process, Product, layout and layered audits and closure of anomalies / non conformities
Co-ordination for the Calibration activity, carrying out Destructive and Non Destructive tests as per sampling plan
Awareness of IATF16949 , Quality Tools like 7 QC, 8d analysis
Prepare periodic reports on quality and review plant quality indices and reviews
Quality assurance of outgoing products and ensure that key quality targets are achieved.
Drive improvement actions with multidisciplinary teams, robust controls & pokayoke.
Conduct statistical studies for key characteristic of the processes
Interface with customers, understand specified & implied requirements and complete 8D analysis as required
Establish standards and clear quality methods to be followed on shop floor
