Mithai & Gourmet Counter Associate Brand: Guzaarish by MS Foods Location: Delhi | On-site Employment: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a Mithai & Gourmet Counter Associate to manage our sweets and gourmet counter and assist customers with product selection, portioning, packing, and counter sales. The role requires someone who is comfortable handling premium mithai, bakery products, dry fruits, and gourmet items while maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Attend to customers at the mithai and gourmet counter. Help customers select sweets, bakery products, dry fruits, and other gourmet items. Weigh, portion, pack, and serve products accurately as per customer requirements. Explain product varieties, flavours, ingredients, and available pack sizes. Assist with counter sales, billing, and basic upselling. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the mithai counter. Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and replenished. Monitor stock at the counter and inform the team when replenishment is required. Handle boxes, trays, serving materials, and packaging carefully. Assist with coffee, tea, or basic beverages if required. Support the showroom team during busy hours and festive periods. Requirements Previous experience in a sweet shop, bakery, café, gourmet store, QSR, or food counter preferred. Experience handling and portioning mithai is highly preferred. Comfortable with weighing, packing, and serving food products. Good hygiene and grooming standards. Polite, attentive, and customer-friendly. Basic sales and upselling ability. Barista or beverage experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
