1)      Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers   
2)      Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.                                                                      
3)      Sell / cross sell travel related services                                                                                                              
4)      Meeting monthly performance metrics

1)      Excellent oral and written Communication and interpersonal skills.                                                          2)      Flexible to work in any shifts (24*7).
