- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales)
- Lead generation through cold calling
- Identifying suspects and prospects
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students
- Handle enquiries and convert them to enrolments
- Resolve candidate queries relating to the course
- Providing information about the course contents, duration, eligibility, fee structure and work options as relevant to the course.
