Tele Sales Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling. She must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs & will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Responsibilities:

1. Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
   3.Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
   4.Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
   5. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
   6.Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
   7.Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
   8.Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as telemarketer or similar.
   2.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
   3.Working knowledge of computer 
   4.Excellent communication and presentation skills
   5.Proficient in English and Hindi 
   6.Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
   7.Persistent and results-oriented
   8.Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Education: 12 Passed or above
