We are looking to add to our Account management team in Livermore, CA. This role will be focused on maintaining strong relationship with customer. We seek individuals with a great attitude and strong technical aptitude.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain positive business relationships with customers.
Learn customers business and identify new sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers periodically. Visit customers if needed.
Work with Sales Team and develop price quotations.
Analyze customers monthly invoices reports to resolve any issues.
Work with the project managers and make sure the customers expectations are delivered.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet to analyze data.
2 years of Online Ordering System such as QuickBooks, Salesforce.
2 to 3 years of working experience in Account management is preferred. Experience in Manufacturing / print industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Associate Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
