DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To establish and adhere to the best design guidelines and style standards for the product.
To have an in-depth understanding of basic design aspects including typography, colors, balance, and visual hierarchy.
Research and analysis, gathering and brainstorming useful information, understanding of branding and business objectives, designing as per the style, tone, and requirements, and providing developer-friendly assets.
Ability to manage the team and guide the team members to do proper research, help enhance the thought process of the design and flow along with the necessary design changes
To create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that give a look and feel of how the app and website would turn out to be.
The ability to conceptualize and iterate, and design the right interaction model to present useful user stories and journeys across multiple devices.
Shape product experiences by understanding and evaluating the user requirements and by obtaining an in-depth understanding of the product and product features through discussions with the Product Team and Engineering Team
Contribute to the culture of innovation and teamwork and be passionate about UX. Share new ideas and UX insights from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Must have excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, a keen eye and attention to detail
Expertise in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design and wire-framing tools Figma, Adobe AI, , Invision
Ability to skillfully jot down, quickly understand, and capture assigned tasks.
Be up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and also be a creative and innovative thinker and planner.
Flexible team player with comfort in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Strict adherence to company policies and work culture.
Inquisitive mind, positive outlook with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.
