We have immediate openings for  Lab technician- Mechanical Engineering in Bangalore Location
Experiencre:- Diploma 6+ years, BE : 4+ years

Mode Of Emp: Permanent

NP:15 Days to 30 Days.

Job Description:
As lab technician the individual should have worked closely with R&D engineers & in R&D environment in development new products especially electro-mechanical devices.
Should have exposure of enclosure assemblies, PCBA assembly & also experience in soldering.
Should have sound knowledge in building & assembling products at different stage of product development. Have experience in working with 3D printed protos, assembly of protos & testing them.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of lab/test Experience.
  • Build proto, test protos & capture the results in ELN tool.
  • Define test cases - Create test cases - Execution of test cases - Define defects- Test creation
  • Coordinate with Vendors for Lab related Equipment/fixtures
  • Coordinate with external labs for facilitating tests and willing to travel to labs as required.
  • Test Management - Overall Test planning and coordination.
  • Exposure to IEC 60601 procedures added advantage.
  • Hands on experience in soldering is preferred.
  • Good Documentation Practices.
  • Able to follow and execute test (management) procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements.
  • Language proficiencies- English spoken and written.
