Job Description :
Will be responsible for the sales & Business Development for Entire North East
- Responsible for achieving sales targets,
- -Development of key accounts in institutional segments
-Liaise and maintain good relations with key officials from government and institutional segment, managing tender business, rate contracts.
- Market mapping ,managing existing contractors and ensure the contractor network expansion to increase
the market share of Debson Pumps
- Understanding of the market and relevant business segment is preferred.
- Submitting sales forecast Annual, quarterly & monthly sales target, ensuring proper internal and external communication.
- Responsible for primary & secondary sales objective of the company and payment collections.
- Should possess strong analytical skills understand the market dynamics.
- Compiling and analyzing the sales figures.
- Track & create leads to new business opportunities in his territory.
-Initiate and participate in various marketing activities like exhibitions, advertising in close co-operation with head office
-Provide technical and marketing support to contractors/departments .
- Effectively follow the reporting structure as per organization norms.
- Managing the current institutional/key accounts business and government business.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Good Team Member.
Experience: - Around 3 - 10 Years (+/-)
-Should have good knowledge of Govt tender business
-Good Dealer Management skill. / KAM Skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
