Job Description

  • Financial systems and budgets manage.
  • Implementing Accounting systems and processes.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger.
  • Undertake financial audits (an independent check of company’s financial position)
  • Provide financial advice.
  • Liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice.
  • Review the company's systems.
  • Advise clients on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (corporate finance)
  • Manage junior colleagues of Account Section.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers.
  • Review and submission of timely audit reports.
  • Ensuring various statutory compliances viz., TDS and GST.
  • To handle GST and Indirect Tax matters, GST Returns, GST Audits, Notices Received from Departments, Assessments.

    Experience : 4-5 Years
