Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be involved in client acquisitions or business development will have to bring in new client who have recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Should have the ability to contact and speak to the HR heads of organization and give them an introduction about the company.
- Should convince client to give their requirements on a regular basis and maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should be capable of interacting with senior management, Directors, Business heads etc and get recruitment requirements from them.
- Should be willing to work on both IT and Non IT Requirements.
- Should have a computer, internet connection and phone required.
- Should be willing to work to put in minimum 5 to 6 hours of work daily.
- Immediate requirement. if short listed you will need to start work immediately or within a week.
- Recruiters need to be professional, self motivated and capable of working without being monitored.
- No fixed monthly payment will be done offered.
- Payment will be through incentive or commission basis.
- Work from home option
