Trainee AR Caller/Sr AR caller

Experience working with Multiple EMR & Billing systems. Preferred Candidate with exposure to eclinicalworks EMR
§ Should have been on AR calling for minimum period of 6 months till 2 years
§ Follows up on submitted claims, monitors unpaid claims, identify underpaid and not billed claims with appropriate
corrections and documentation.
§ Review EOB/ERA denials, and understand the denial reason and initiate appropriate actions on the patient account
§ Identifying Global Issue impacting a single or multiple patient accounts
§ Experience of handling Insurance and Patient calls would be an added advantage (both Outbound and Inbound)
§ Make calls to the patients and resolve the queries
§ Analyzing the Denials and working on Rejections
§ Checking claim status and Eligibility through online web portals
§ Good Communication skills
§ Willing to work in night shifts
Note – Fresh Graduates with excellent voice skills are also welcome.
