- Implementing the sourcing strategies and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions
- Will act as a first point of contact for all candidates.
- Delivering exceptional candidate interview experience and will also ensure that all candidates are effectively screened before inclusion into recruitment process
- Understand and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for identifying the requirements for each position
- Will develop a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
- Creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. F2F, Telephonic , GD,SKYPE)
