Should be energetic and love to travel
Should be in a position to climb the towers in case of Mechanical profile
Should be do proper audits in case of electrical and if Civil with all the concepts covering in related to installations.
Should be honest at work, follow safety methods while at site
On completion of Site visit engineer had to articulate the work done in checklist with proper and relevant photograph of the site
Holding Experience in telecom towers will be preferred
Freshers are also welcome but should be a quick learner, willing to travel and climbing towers.
