Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: 3.60 Lakhs – 6.00 Lakhs

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to work in our Hyderabad office assisting a team who place a high volume of candidates in a variety of different roles within different sectors including Construction, Engineering and IT from India and UK based clients

The successful candidate must have the following experience:

Excellent communication skills

3 + year of related Recruiting experience in corporate and agency environment

Domestic Staffing experienced candidates are preferred

Hands on exposure in Recruitment of Engineering, IT or Non-IT professionals 

Generating business by calling prospective clients and enquiring about current vacancies

Sourcing candidates using various methods such as social media mainly LinkedIn, advertisement and CV Databases Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc

Screening candidates to ensure they are suitable for the role by looking at their experience and qualifications

Being the mediator between the client and the candidate at interview stage, gathering feedback from both parties

Managing the full recruitment life cycle independently, including Searching, Screening, Coordinating Interviews, Responsible for Job posting/mass mailing.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
