Job Description
1) Ensure optimum energy and other resources utilization in respective shifts.
2) Ensure adherence to product quality norms.
3) Minimize breakdown time with proper execution of startup / shutdown activities.
4) Ensure adherence to safety and environment norms during respective shifts.
5) Maintain optimum inventory level.
6) Ensure training of sub-ordinates and managing shift manpower.
7) Facilitate timely execution of maintenance activities in respective shifts.
8) Adhering to EHS norms and good house-keeping of plant area / equipment / machines
9) Supervises and optimizes process throughput, compliance with established operating procedures, standing instructions, and plant best practices
