Job Description
Finance Account Controller for $30M Global I&CC Accounts. Will have ownership of P&L, FP&A activities, MIS, deal reviews and business support for Client Executive and Client Delivery Executives.
Role Responsibilities
Own & manage Customer P&L, including Reporting, Forecasting, outlook, variance analysis
Deal modeling & small sized deals reviews
Have complete understanding of customer contracts
Oversight of Revenue Recognition activities
Manage delivery cost and track operational efficiency
Requirements
5-6 yrs of IT Services Finance Experience
Strong communication and business partnership skills. Previous experience partnering with business
Strong financial acumen around contract financials and accounting
Strong FP&A skills are core to the job. Previous experience in P&L management preferred
Ability to understand Contract language and be able to correlate operational activities and their impact on the contract financials
Insightful variance analysis and driving account towards higher revenue and profitability
Familiarity with Oracle financials, Hyperion is a plus
Key customers are Vertical Controller, Business heads, Client Executive & Delivery Executive on account
