We at DELKOSOFT SOLUTIONS are looking for Candidates to work as a TRAINEE RECRUITER (US IT Recruiter). Any prior experience is not required.

Job Responsibilities:
- To identify online resumes of candidates who presently live in US (such as US Citizens, Green card holders, H1B visa holders, Canadian citizens)
- Perform phone interview of the candidates with required IT skills.
- Negotiate salaries of the candidates.
- Schedule client interview and perform Reference checks.
Qualification:
- Any graduate or Post Graduate (of any year of completion) (Any Specialization)
- Willing to work in night shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Internet savvy

Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM (IST)
Saturday - 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM (IST)
