Web Developer - Shopify Experience

Job description

We are looking for Web Developer / WordPress Developer / Shopify Developer who should have good working experience in installation & customising themes, plugins, developing website with woo commerce and install payment methods. A Web Developer is responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company’s specifications. As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary.

Job Role

• Must be proficient in WordPresss, Shopify, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Web Development using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL
• Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & plugins.
• Experience of working on wooCommerce and shopify, genesis, buddypress, bbPress
• Experience in implementing payment gateways like CC Avenue and other
• Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions
• Creation of custom post types
• Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards
• Theme/Template integration
• Knowledge of WordPress Network (Multi-site) beneficial
• Experience creating multi-lingual websites.
• Knowledge and experience of web accessibility.
• Good understanding of Browser Issues.
• Managing WordPress back-end functionalities, data organization, optimization, caching, and security
• Implementing new core WordPress features
• Review and enhancement of existing theme / plugin code
• Using WordPress Rest API
• Integration of WordPress with existing web applications
• Conversion of PSD / HTML / jQuery elements to dynamic manageable WordPress sections
