Civil Site Engineer

Location: [All over Rajasthan ]
Experience Required: 2 Years
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Water & Wastewater (FSTP, STP, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day site operations, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with teams for timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction/site activities as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure work is executed as per approved design, BOQ, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and report daily updates to senior engineers
• Handle site measurements and prepare bills (RA bills, quantity tracking)
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Maintain site records, DPR (Daily Progress Report), and documentation
• Follow safety norms and ensure compliance at site
• Resolve minor technical issues at site level

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to read drawings (civil, mechanical, electrical basics)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic level preferred)
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil 
• 2 years of relevant site experience

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience in STP / FSTP / Water projects
• Knowledge of MBBR / SBR / SBT technologies
• Experience in government or infrastructure projects
