Job Description

Summit Heights is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Executives to join our team for our premier LDA-approved 10-story high-rise project, Summit Heights. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling high-end corporate offices, retail showrooms, and luxury apartments for sale in Lahore, focusing on investors looking for apartments on easy installments Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and pitch Summit Heights' premium residential and commercial inventory to potential buyers and investors.

  • Present the project’s key selling points, including its LDA approval, prime location on Main Raiwind Road, automated features, and flexible 4.5-year installment plan.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and overseas Pakistanis.

  • Conduct site visits, guide clients through the structural layout, and close sales deals effectively.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the Lahore real estate market (high-rise/vertical project experience is a major plus).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools is preferred.
