Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our terminal team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between fleet logistics and customer service, ensuring that our travelers’ South Island adventures start seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves assisting international and domestic travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site rental bookings, check-ins, and check-outs at our airport terminal.

• Coordinate with the grooming and logistics team to ensure all vehicles are safety-checked, clean, and road-ready.

• Assist walk-in customers and handle queries with absolute clarity, upholding our "No Hidden Fees" policy.

• Manage fleet logistics and track vehicle availability in real-time.

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle bookings efficiently, including last-minute requests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or logistics (car rental experience is a huge plus).

• Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.

• A valid, clean New Zealand Driver’s License (Full).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to match flight schedules.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
