We are looking for a Documentation & Application Executive to manage student documentation and application processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling admission documentation, preferably in a study abroad consultancy, education consultancy, or admissions office, and understand the importance of document verification, compliance, timelines, and error-free submissions.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple student applications simultaneously while coordinating closely with counsellors and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and organize all student documents required for admissions.
- Review documents for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with institutional requirements.
- Coordinate with students and counsellors to resolve missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation.
- Prepare, compile, and submit application files within prescribed deadlines.
- Track application status, document submissions, and pending requirements through internal trackers.
- Maintain structured digital records and ensure proper document naming, version control, and filing.
- Verify application forms before submission to minimize errors and rejections.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling personal and sensitive student information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of admission-related documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to improving documentation workflows.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an education consultancy, study abroad consultancy, university admissions office, or documentation department.
- Familiarity with handling multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Understanding of document verification, admission compliance, and application timelines.
- Experience working with CRM systems or admission management software is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in documentation or application processing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and document management practices.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong organizational and record-management skills.

- Comfortable handling repetitive documentation work without compromising quality.
