Collection Executive

Role : Collection Executive
Work location: Bommanahalli or Hoodi Bangalore
Salary - 18k to 24k take home/ CTC will be upto 28k per month + Incentives upto 20k per month
Shift Timings: Day shifts (9am to 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for their pending loan amount.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Make a reminder calls on their due dates for their EMI's
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
