Junior Recruiter _Immediate Joiner_Hybrid – Office + Partial Work From Home

Qualification: Any Graduate (Technical will be preferred)

Experience: 0-1 yr

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates as per the Job Description.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the senior recruitment team for closures and joining follow-ups.
