- Identifying customers by checking viability and provide loan scheme
- Explaining scheme and EMI schedule to customers
- Ensuring zero defaults in the booked cases
- Providing insurance policies i.e. Credit Shield and vehicle insurance
- Remind the customers of the renewal of insurance and provide Insurance Loans
- Meeting sales target as prescribed by the Management
- Handling the customer queries
- Issuing sanction letter and complete PDD
- Advertising the company and promoting products by organising Loan Melas
- Creating and Co-ordinating with Dealers and DSAs to increase volume of sales
