- An architectural firm versed with the town planning dept and building dept of corporation along with complete knowledge of Master plan / planning dept of DDA having complete command on revenue/ tehsil working for surveys of it's own Total Survey Machine and team of surveyors having expertise for working as a demarcation agency of Delhi Government. The firm is functioning from its south west delhi office along with a new office making in south delhi requires Draughtsman.
Draughtsman should have complete knowledge about the building bye laws Autocad proficient knowledge of knitting aks and sijra on autocad/ knowledge of layout amd site plan as per MCD bye laws having a fair idea about the line process of Mcd / knowledge of town planning documents procedure and filing of documents.
We will appreciate diploma /degree holder candidate, shall receive their enrollments according to their experience and qualifications

- Special salary for more than 20years experience in relevant field.
- The candidate should be able to prepare drawing independently on AutoCAD release of multi storied residential / commercial / industrial etc along with layout independently.
He/ She should be familiar with latest autoCAD programs
The Candidate Should be able to do measurements of the building independently.
