HR Executive Responsibilities:- 1. Should have practical knowledge working with MS office applications like Excel, Word & Power Point 2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets 3. Maintain and update company databases 4. Interacting with company vendors and negotiate contracts 5. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents 6. Should be an outspoken person with excellent command over English - both Verbal & Written 7. Should be able to manage a team of 20 plus people 8. Answer employee queries and bridge the gap between Employer & Employee 9. Should make organization policies and update the policies as and when required 10. Should conduct meetings with employees and keep them motivated 11. Manage office supplies stock and place orders 12. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments 13. Should have experience working with various job portals and hire the candidates  based on the internal requirements 14. Should be active on Social Media Platforms  14. Conduct Walk in interviews & Campus interviews 15. Conduct PIP program for Employees 16. Should have knowledge on Metrics/KRA's and set a benchmark against each metric and assess employee's performance 17. Should have knowledge in preparing Employee Score card and assess the employees performance 10. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) 11. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned 12. Arrange travel and accommodations 13. Experience working with Multiple EMR & Billing systems. Preferred Candidate with exposure to eclinicalworks EMR § Should have been on AR calling for minimum period of 6 months till 2 years § Follows up on submitted claims, monitors unpaid claims, identify underpaid and not billed claims with appropriate corrections and documentation. § Review EOB/ERA denials, and understand the denial reason and initiate appropriate actions on the patient account § Identifying Global Issue impacting a single or multiple patient accounts § Experience of handling Insurance and Patient calls would be an added advantage (both Outbound and Inbound) § Make calls to the patients and resolve the queries § Analyzing the Denials and working on Rejections § Checking claim status and Eligibility through online web portals § Good Communication skills § Willing to work in night shifts Note – Fresh Graduates with excellent voice skills are also welcome.
