Roles and Responsibilities To ensure and achieve monthly sales targets by effective sales strategy and team management Respond to all enquiries, generating proposals, following-up on sales leads Provide support and direction to the enquiry team relating to team performance and development. Supervise staffing levels within the enquiry office ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently at all times. Training, coaching, and performance improvement responsibility of the team leader. Carry out special projects relating to the enquiry team and sales office and as required by theMeeting and Events Manager or Head of Sales and Marketing Understand and execute internal processes and policies in the team. Provide required information and the best advice to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Multitasking with ease to handle the needs of various representatives at the same time Requirements : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous. Experience in sales is necessary. Strong sales ability and business acumen. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
